Raffe is a good-natured person. He is fair, loyal, determined (rarely though but he is if he wants to or has to be) and clever. The determination thing is a bit iffy. He can be if he has a goal but the thing is... he doesn't always have a goal, no, he rarely has a goal. There really isn't much he wants to accomplish in life except for buying a deserted island for himself so he can live there in peace without having to be bothered by other people.

Speaking of: he tends to be a loner. There are a handful of people he hangs out with and has taken a liking to but if he doesn't feel like having anyone around he just stays in his room alone or go somewhere alone. He doesn't like working with others either. He can be quite stubborn and selfish as well as secretive because he doesn't like telling others about him either. Raffe can be quite lazy at times and just wants to stay in bed and eat. He would always take a comfortable bed or couch and food instead of attending classes. Having too many things to do bothers him. Studying bores him. Noisy people make him angry.


Raphael Alvaro Mitchell was born to a mother of hispanic heritage. The two of them lived together in Lethford after moving there when he was about 5 years old. His dad was a soldier stationed in the Middle East most of the time so he barely got to see him. He doesn't really remember him anyway. All he remembers is the day someone knocked on their front door - two uniformed men. And his mother crying for days. But he didn't understand anyway and once he was old enough to know about it he already forgot he had a dad.

Raphael has always been the kind of guy who spent most of his life at home playing games with his friends or alone. He always had a knack for science fiction and now that the world has turned out to be like a movie he just feels like he fits right in. During most of his school years he was a loner and an outcast. The only friends he had were his best friend - a fellow nerd - and the school's janitor Hank. Oh, and the cafeteria lady who always gave him a second cup of pudding on pudding tuesdays. Thanks to that he now hates pudding. Just the sight of it makes him gag.

He was enrolled in university when the virus started spreading and everything broke apart. Since then he and his friend moved together into his apartment, trying to figure out solutions - playing just a game in their minds. Because after all - the whole situation was so ridiculous it resembled a game.
